FLC Sunday School is open to all students pre-K thru 6th grade students & ALL ARE WELCOME!! Classes are Sunday morning at 10:30 am.
Sunday School meets at 10:30 am, following worship at 9:30 am, and ending at 11:15 am. We will be using the Whirl curriculum, a Bible-based curriculum for pre-kindergarten through grade six. Kids learn key Bible themes and stories through entertaining and theology-targeted Bible stories, which are also relevant to their lives.
Learning is extended from church to home to engage with families with take-home learner leaflets that offer weekly opportunities to learn about how kids can put faith into action. We hope your family can join us Sunday mornings and see what it is all about!
Join us this Sunday as four of our youth affirm their faith as they are confirmed during worship. Following worship, there will be cake in honor of the confirmands and everyone is welcome! May God bless these special confirmands as they continue their journey of faith!

First Lutheran Church has a book club and we are currently reading "Crossing the Bar - Home by Another Way" by James G. Johnson. We meet Mondays at 10:00 am at the church. If you are interested, please contact the church office or Marcia Hellandsaas. We hope you can join us!
Every 1st Sunday of the month, the Sunday School students will be taking a "noisy bucket" offering and collecting your loose/spare change for Sunday School activities or a charity of their choosing. Start collecting now so you can help make some noise in their buckets!
